01How do I know which one I need?

02Is there a contract?

Builds are a fixed quote with three payments. Upkeep is month to month. Partner runs on a six-month commitment, or month to month for $1,000 a month more.

03What’s the difference between Upkeep and Partner?

Upkeep keeps a website or a smaller build running: hosting, fixes, security updates and a couple of small requests a month. Partner is for a business that runs on what we built: requests through your client portal turned around in 48 hours, emergencies handled within a day, and a monthly call about what to build next.

04Why does a Build say “starting at”?

Because a tool that fixes one thing and a platform your whole business runs on are different jobs. Smaller builds start at $5,000. Bigger ones cost more, and you always get one fixed number after an hour together, before anything starts. If an off-the-shelf tool is the better answer, we’ll say so.

05Who is this actually for?

Owners whose business is held together by hand: a pile of apps, a spreadsheet only one person understands, a process nobody has time to fix. The owner knows it and doesn’t want to hire someone just to keep holding it. If your tools aren’t talking to each other and nobody owns fixing that, this is for you.
